NOTICE
When filing a writ of garnishment, $ 15.00 of the filing fee is a deposit, as a fee for the attorney for
the employer who answers the garnishment interrogatories. The employer’s attorney may obtain this $ 15.00
upon filing a Request to Withdraw when filing answers to the interrogatories.
If no answer is filed on behalf of the employer or the $ 15.00 is not withdrawn by the employer’s
attorney the seizing creditor is entitled to a return of the $ 15.00 deposit by filing a Request to Withdraw.
