The Frances Koop Parsons/AT&T Pioneers Memorial Scholarship
(Administered by the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education)
This scholarship program has been established through the AT&T Pioneers to assist
Oklahoma students in obtaining their education goals. The recipients of this scholarship
will receive a $1,000 cash award to be used at an eligible Oklahoma career technology
center, two-year college, or four-year university.
General Scholarship Information
This scholarship is a one-time award worth $1,000 and is paid in equal portions for
fall and spring semesters.
The family income of applicants may not exceed $50,000.
The scholarship is open to first-time freshmen only with at least a 3.0 high school
grade point average.
Applicants must be Oklahoma residents.
Recipients must enroll full-time at an eligible Oklahoma postsecondary institution.
Preference will be given to students with a strong volunteer and leadership
background.
Recipients agree to allow AT&T Pioneers to use photos, likenesses and name for
publicity purposes.
