Failure on optimal doses of clopidogrel and ASA therapy or recurrent ACS after revascularization with PCI; OR
STEMI and undergoing revascularization via PCI; OR
Non-STEMI or UA and high risk angiographic anatomy and undergoing revascularization via PCI
