1. The outcome was not met the ABG result from the morning of 2/19 was pH: 7.369, paO2: 101.7 (H), paco2: 57.8 (H), hco3: 32.6
(H), BE: 6.2, & sa02: 97.4.
2. The outcome was met the patients spO2 did not desaturation below 95% during the nursing shift.
3. The outcome was met during the nursing shift the patient tolerated inline suctioning when performed and there was only a thin
small amount of white secretions. There was no adventitious lung sounds upon auscultation.
