You have bought a washing machine. First you found that the machine
had damaged your clothes and you had it changed. Then you found that
the new one seriously entangled the clothes. Write to the manager of the
department store to complain about it.
You should write at least 150 words.
Dear Sir or Madam,
A few months ago, I purchased a washing machine (LG x439) from your
department store. After a few weeks, I found that it had seriously damaged
the clothes that I had put in to be washed. I called your Customer Service
Department immediately and asked them to exchange the washing machine
for me, which they did.
The new washing machine, however, is not any better than the first one.
After I put some clothes in it, I noticed that this one tangled the clothes
seriously, and when it automatically begins to spin the water out, the
machine shakes so heavily that it stops by itself. After I had read the
instruction booklet, I noticed that you had not mentioned this defect, and
neither has it mentioned how to solve this problem. I was very annoyed
when I came back from work to take my clothes out of the washing machine
to dry and noticed that they were still unwashed.
I regret to say that I am not satisfied with this washing machine at all, and I
would like to exchange this model and this brand with another brand that
can give me the service I want without putting me into trouble. I am also
going to write a letter of complaint to the manufacturer about this model of
their products.
