You went shopping one day and you received a very bad service in a shop.
Write a letter of complaint to the manager of the shop and explain why
you were disappointed by the behavior of one of the employees in the
shop.
Write a letter to complain about the bad service.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this to place a complaint against one of your employees who
acted very rudely when I was shopping in your shop.
Yesterday afternoon, two of my friends and I attended your shop to by some
presents for our husbands. One of your shop assistants whose name was
written on the badge on her blouse as Nikie, came to us to give a service.
We asked her to show us some leather belts so that we could choose the
ones we were looking for. Instead of showing the belts, she just left us for
some minutes. We found her in another corner of the shop chit chatting with
some other assistants and when we asked her why she had left us without
giving any services, she said that it was not her duty to give us services on
leather belts, and the person in charge was out for lunch. We asked her why
she had not told us before, but she ignored us and continued talking to her
colleagues.
We wish you would look into this inappropriate behavior of your
employees, and take steps to prevent the recurrence of offensive conduct of
this kind.
