You are organizing a trip to the mountains for a group of students. Write
to the manager of Student Hostel Services and explain when you want to
visit the place, how long you will stay, how many students are in the
group, and what accommodation you will require.
You should write at least 150 words.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to seek accommodation in your Hostel for a group of students
from the university.
We expect to be there between July 21 and July 31. I have got 22 people in
the group including myself and two nurses with their husbands. There are
seven boys and 10 girls in the group. The girls and boys will be in separate
dormitories, and the married couples would like to have their double room.
We hope to keep our expenses as low as possible.
Please tell me about recreational services in the area. The group will bring
their own boots for mountain hiking, but we would like to hire equipment
for other sports, like boats and rope. Some of our group will want to hire
geological picks and other equipment, if possible. We would also like to
know about access to caves and other interesting geological features in the
area.
I am looking forward to receiving information about the Student Hostel
Services and other facilities.
