Winnebago High School.200 E. McNair.Winnebago, IL.61088
Winnebago High School is excited about our new program, Positive Behavioral Interventions
and Support (PBIS), which is also known as Indian PRIDE. PBIS is a proactive approach to establishing the
support needed for all students in school to achieve social, emotional, and academic success. Key focus areas of
the Illinois PBIS Network include prevention, positive behavior supports, using data to better determine the
needs of students, team meetings to support students with complex emotional and behavioral needs, and
community-based supports for families, youth and schools.
We are looking for help from local community and surrounding area businesses to help support
students and our program at Winnebago High School. Acknowledging both students and staff for their
dedication to the program will help ensure the success of PBIS in our school and help support positive
behaviors in the community. Any form of support you may be able to provide would be greatly appreciated.
Examples of things that may be helpful would include gift certificates, product sets/baskets, or financial
donations to help purchase materials needed for the program.
Any donation will be publicly acknowledged, as we are deeply grateful for your support. We
look forward to speaking with you and partnering with your business to ensure the success of our students.
Please use the form attached to fill out the necessary information and keep the portion below as an unofficial
receipt for your records, until an official one is sent to you upon receiving the donation.
Sincerely,
WHS PBIS Team
