Enrollment Deposit Form
(submit this form only if you are paying by check)
North Carolina law requires that each applicant for admission who is accepted by the institution remit to the
institution an advance deposit to be applied against the student’s tuition and fees for the academic term for
which the student has been accepted. The amount of the required deposit is $250.00. THIS DEPOSIT IS
NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event that your tuition and fees are paid to the University by a scholarship
agency, you are required to pay the deposit, but may obtain refund after your tuition and fees have been
paid.
Due Date:
FALL: Applicants admitted prior to March 25 must return the deposit form by April 15. Applicant
admitted after March 25 must return the deposit form within three weeks of the date of the letter of
admission. Otherwise, the admission offer could be cancelled. An early response will be helpful.
SPRING: Applicants must return the acceptance form and deposit within three weeks of the date of the
letter of admission. Otherwise, the admission offer could be cancelled. An early response will be helpful.
SUMMER: Applicants must return the acceptance form and deposit within three weeks of the date of the
letter of admission. Otherwise, the admission offer could be cancelled. An early response will be helpful.

directly to the University Cashier (NOT THE SCHOOL OF EDUCATION) at the address indicated below, and by the
deadline specified in your admission letter.
