herein will be duly honored if drawn on us and presented to us at the following address:

This Letter of Credit is governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, and insofar as not consistent

therewith is subject to the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary credits as published by the

International Chamber of Commerce and in force as of the date of the Letter of Credit.

This Letter of Credit may be amended if in writing and only at the sole options of said
