light vinaigrette made from olive oil and apple cider vinegar, and sweetener
 Medium Apple, cut up
 1 Cup Green Tea
Dinner:
 Ground Turkey Patty
 Steamed Broccoli and Cauliflower medley
 1 Cup Green Tea
Snacks:
 1/2 Cup Low-Sugar Fruit Flavored Yogurt
 Baby Carrots, 1 Cup (Optional only if hungry)
Water Consumption: 64-96 oz of plain water
