Favorite Vinaigrette Dressing From Recipe Book
1 Cup Green Tea
Dinner:
Cool Chicken Lettuce Wraps (recipe on page 47)
Tofu and Broccoli Stir Fry (recipe on page 88)

Snacks:
6 oz Low-Fat Fruit Flavored Yogurt
Baby Carrots (optional only if hungry)
