Wake Up Drink:

 1 Small Grapefruit
 1 Cup Green Tea
Lunch:
 1/2 Cup of Non-Fat Plain Yogurt with 1 Cup of favorite berries and sweetener
 Small Green Salad with tuna, sliced cucumbers, tomatoes and carrots
 Favorite Vinaigrette Dressing From Recipe Book
 1 Cup Green Tea
Dinner:
 Cool Chicken Lettuce Wraps (recipe on page 47)
 Tofu and Broccoli Stir Fry (recipe on page 88)
 1 Cup Green Tea
Snacks:
 6 oz Low-Fat Fruit Flavored Yogurt
 Baby Carrots (optional only if hungry)
Water Consumption: 64-96 oz of plain water
