Lunch:
 1/2 Cup of Non-Fat Plain Yogurt with 1 Cup of favorite berries and sweetener
 Small Green Salad with tuna, sliced cucumbers, tomatoes and carrots
 Favorite Vinaigrette Dressing From Recipe Book
 1 Cup Green Tea
Dinner:
 Mexican Taco Lettuce Wraps (recipe on page 48)
 Fruit Salsa (recipe on page 35)
 1 Cup Green Tea
Snacks:
 1/2 Cup Low-Sugar Fruit Flavored Yogurt
 Celery Sticks, 1 Cup (optional only if hungry)
Water Consumption: 64-96 oz of plain water
