 Favorite Vinaigrette Dressing
 1 Cup Green Tea
Dinner:
 Asian Lettuce Wraps
 Simple Side Green Salad with favorite vinaigrette dressing
 1 Cup Green Tea
Snacks:
 1/2 Cup of Non-Fat Plain Yogurt with blueberries
 Sliced Cucumber (optional only if hungry)
Water Consumption: 64-96 oz of plain water
