 1 Cup Green Tea
Dinner:
 Tuna Fish Cakes (recipe on page 78)
 Green salad with mushrooms, tomatoes, cucumber and your favorite vinaigrette
dressing
 1 Cup Green Tea
Snacks:
 1 Cup of Non-Fat Plain Yogurt with Berries
 Carrot and Celery Sticks (optional only if hungry)
Water Consumption: 64-96 oz of plain water
