The APS procedure for the use of Beamline global online keys 4103010104-00031 must be followed. It is the FC’s responsibility to verify that there are no previous outstanding work requests that require the

beamline to stay off-line. The FC must check beamline end cabinets, the work request system and the Global Offline Log. The FC must assure that the beamline is listed on the Global Online Status List. The FC

signature confirms that ALL of these items were checked before the beamline can come back online.
