COMMUNITY SERVICE LOG

To recognize students who voluntarily donate time to worthwhile efforts in our community, the

Spotsylvania County School Board awards “Community Service” seals on high school diplomas. To

qualify, students must contribute 144 hours of community service during their 4 (four year) high

school career. The student listed below is earning this award and is responsible for keeping track of

such community service. The School Board thanks you for providing a positive activity for its students

and asks that you verify the service listed. The Board also extends its gratitude to you for your

efforts in making our community a better place in which to live.
