program through Stonehill College (the College).

I understand that I am obligated to pay

Stonehill tuition, fees, room, and, if appropriate, board to the College in order to participate in a

study abroad program offered through/approved by the College. I further understand that I am

responsible for any program costs not included in the billed charges; and, if the cost of my

abroad program exceeds the amount Stonehill would charge me for the same academic period,

I will pay the College the difference.

In order to secure my opportunity to participate in a study abroad program, I understand

that the College may have to submit a deposit to the study abroad provider on my behalf.

If I do not attend the study abroad program for any reason whatsoever, I understand that

I am obligated to reimburse the College the full amount of any non-refundable deposit(s) made

on my behalf in addition to any obligations regarding the fees

. I understand that failure to

reimburse the College may affect my ability to register or enroll in classes at the College, and I

further understand that I will not receive any diplomas, certificates, degrees, or transcripts until

all obligations have been fulfilled.

For example, if you decide not to attend a study abroad program but return to Stonehill College instead, you must pay all fees

associated with attending Stonehill and you must reimburse the College for any deposit the College made to a study abroad

program on your behalf.
