Practice Book Section 2-27A provides that each attorney admitted in Connecticut must complete a minimum of 12 credit hours of
continuing legal education (CLE) in each calendar year. You may use this form to record the CLE credit hours earned in a particular
calendar year. At least 2 of the required 12 credit hours must be earned in the area of ethics/professionalism which may be integrated
with other courses. No more than 2 credit hours of the CLE requirement may be carried forward to be applied to the following year's CLE
requirement. Each attorney is responsible for maintaining records to prove compliance with Section 2-27A for a period of 7 years.
