If a student is to work hours that differ from the schedule the schedule MUST be update

New York State Law Requires the Following:
A meal period of at least 30 minutes must be provided to anyone working 6 hours or more
Minors cannot :
Work more than 4 hours on Mon, Tue, Wed, Thurs or more than 8 Hours on Fri, Sat, Sun an Holidays (while school is in session)
Work more than 8 hours per day when school is not in session (school is closed for the entire week)
Work more than 6 days per week and 28 hours per week while school is in session
Work more than 6 days per week and 48 hours per week while school is not in session (school is closed for the entire week)
