When ready to place your order for your Farley Boat Planter, mail your completed and signed Order Form and Purchase

Agreement and your check to Port Aransas Garden Club, P.O. Box 681, Port Aransas, TX 78373, or take your completed and

signed Order Form and Purchase Agreement and your check for the purchase price to the Port Aransas Business Center located

at 600 Cut Off Road, Ste. 1, Port Aransas, TX 78373. *The purchase price includes delivery of your Farley Boat Planter to a

location within the City of Port Aransas, or, if the final destination for your Farley Boat Planter is outside of the City of Port

Aransas, loading your Farley Boat Planter on your trailer at a location within the City of Port Aransas.

STATEMENT OF UNDERSTANDING AND AGREEMENT:

I understand I am responsible for preparing my placement site for the Farley Boat Planter, that my placement site must

be prepared prior to delivery of my Farley Boat Planter, and that my placement site or my loading trailer must support

the weight of my Farley Boat Planter, approximately 1600 lbs. I further understand the delivery forklift must have a clear

path to my placement site or to my loading trailer. I further understand the City of Port Aransas will deliver my Farley

Boat Planter. When I am ready for delivery, I will call the City of Port Aransas Public Works at 361-749-5125 to schedule

a delivery time. I further understand there may be a delay in receiving my Farley Boat Planter as I must coordinate my

delivery with the City of Port Aransas’ work load.

I understand my order is not binding on Port Aransas Garden Club, Inc. until I receive confirmation my order is received

and accepted. If for any reason my order cannot be filled, Port Aransas Garden Club, Inc. will return my purchase price.

Other than the return of my purchase price, Port Aransas Garden Club, Inc. shall not be responsible for any costs or

damages arising from or related to its inability to fill my order.

I understand and agree the Port Aransas Garden Club, Inc. shall not be responsible for any damage arising from or related

to the delivery of my Farley Boat Planter.
