Tri Sigma alumnae have a responsibility to ensure our legacy is continued. An alumna recommending a member is just one
easy way to do so. We offer two ways for our alumnae to recommend a candidate for membership into our Sorority.
Please use one of the two ways to submit your alumnae recommendation. Before completing the form, you’ll want to make
sure you’ve collected the following:
Contact information for the woman you are recommending for membership

General background information on the candidate, including high school academic information, scholarships
•
received, SAT/ACT score, honor society membership, and career goals.
Photo of the candidate
•
Gather additional information which might help paint a clear picture of the woman’s leadership potential.

Examples would include resume or personal letter of recommendation.

An alumnae recommendation does not guarantee a woman will receive a bid to join Tri Sigma. The recommendation ensure
the chapter will do what they can to meet the woman and identify her leadership qualities and personality traits which
might fit into the current culture of the chapter.
