whether a course will meet a degree or elective requirement, please ask your academic advisor before registering for
the course.
_____ You may retake a course if you failed the course with a grade of F. VA benefits will not cover a retake of a course with a
grade of D or higher unless your degree requires a higher grade. The UD Veterans Services Office needs confirmation
that you earned the F from your instructor.

VA Form 22-1995
if you change your program of study. Your
certification status will be considered inaccurate until completed.
_____ You are required to notify this office any time you add or drop courses. Failure to do so will result in incorrect payment
