Our client is currently seeking an experienced social worker who has

worked across a range of educational and health care settings. You must

be eligible for full membership of the

Australian

Association

Social

Workers

and

have

in-depth

understanding of working with a diverse client base.

This role requires the ability to manage a demanding case load and to

prioritise client needs. You must also have experience in crisis intervention

and working with individuals and families.

The ability to work

autonomously and as part of a team is essential, as is the ability to foster

relationships with other community organisations and staff.

You are a problem solver, who can think on your feet and advocate for

clients as well as use your highly developed negotiation skills. Added to

this you will be able to work according to statutory requirements and be

aware of legislation relating to privacy and confidentiality.

A current VIC drivers’ license and police check are also essential.
