with LABA) when FEV1 < 60% predicted to improve
symptoms, lung function and quality of life, reduce
frequency of exacerbations

phospodiesterase-4 inhibitor
(PDE-4) Daliresp, reduces
exacerbations treated with oral steroids
Add
long term O2 if chronic respiratory
failure or severe hypoxemia to keep
SaO2 88-92%
Consider surgical treatment
