As per our tenancy agreement, we hereby advise that we will be vacating the above property

on the_____________________________________________________________.

I/we advise that I/we will on this day, hand to you at COASTLINK BUDGEWOI all keys in our

possession, including any keys that we may have duplicated.

I/we understand that if I am breaking a fixed term lease agreement I/we are still responsible

for the rent until either a new agreement has been entered into, OR to the date my fixed term

expires. I/we may also incur a Letting Fee Equivalent to one weeks rent + GST if breaking a

fixed term agreement.

We agree that the agent is permitted to carry out inspections of the property with prospective

tenants during normal business hours i.e. (9am-5pm) and that they are permitted to use the

key for this purpose, on the condition that any prospective tenant shall be accompanied by

an agent.

We hereby authorise you to show prospective tenants the property during the period as

specified in our tenancy agreement.

We agree to pay rent up to and including the vacating date and to have the property

completely vacated by the vacating date. We will have the property presented in the same

condition as per the condition report including carpets cleaned and pest sprays done if

applicable.
