ADVERTISING GUIDELINES

1. Advertisements:

a) Format: Microsoft Word or PDF format. All ads are published “as is”.

b) Publishing Date: Approved ads are published on the website every Friday by 4:30pm. If the CLPNA

office is closed on Friday, ads received may be published at the most applicable earlier or later date.

Length of Publication: 1 calendar month per payment.

2. Payment: $105 (GST included) per advertisement. Advertising fees are payable prior to being posted on the

website and are non-refundable. Visa, Mastercard and corporate cheques are accepted. Invoicing is not

available. Personal cheques are not accepted.

3. Submission: Your Advertisement, Advertising Payment Form for Job Listings, and Payment must be received

by CLPNA before posting on the website. For best results, use the following methods:

a) Email your Ad & Advertising Payment Form for Job Listings with VISA or Mastercard info complete to

cblack@clpna.com; or,

b) Email your Ad to

and mail/fax the Advertising Payment Form for Job Listings with

payment to the CLPNA, Attn: Carolyn. Please mention in your email whether the Advertising Payment

Form and Payment is being sent by fax or mail.

For privacy and security reasons, once payment is processed the below section will be destroyed.
