PAGE GARY. YOU MUST TALK TO SOMEONE SO YOUR SHIFT CAN BE COVERED. IF THE COMPUTER IS

MALFUNCTIONING, YOU MUST CALL IN TO CLOCK IN AND OUT MANUALLY IN ORDER TO GET PAID.

Any on the job injury must be reported to our main office immediately. Use the following facilities for non-

life threatening emergencies. For life threatening emergencies go to the nearest clinic/hospital emergency
