Return Authorization Form
Please email: or call 612.808.8884 within 14 days from when your shipment arrived
to obtain your Return Authorization number. Our office is open from 9:00-4:00 Monday through Friday, excluding
all holidays.
We will email you a pre-paid return label to the address we have on file unless instructed otherwise.
Please print out this form, complete the necessary fields and send it, along with your mostly unused haircare in its
original packaging, to:
AHNESTI Haircare, Attn: Returns, 1682 Osborne Rd NE, Minneapolis, MN 55432.
**Please make sure items are packaged securely to arrive undamaged**
As soon as we receive the returned items, we will process your refund for your original purchase price (minus any
discounts) and will refund all qualifying returns to your credit card, PayPal or Amazon account within 7 days of
receiving your return.
We will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately, and will cover the cost of shipping the faulty
product back to us.
