EES – Essential Eyebrow Solution®, you may return the unused portion within 90 days from the date of order

for a full refund by simply following the return instructions below. Please note, your return shipping fees are not

included in your refund.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Download, print, and complete the Return Authorization Form.

2. Ship your completed form and the unused portion of EES – Essential Eyebrow Solution® to:

To ensure delivery, please send your return via insured Federal Express, UPS, or Parcel Post. RMV will not issue a

refund for any items lost in transit.

3. Once the EES™ product is received by our warehouse, a refund will be issued within 30 business

days and you will be notified by email.

Items must be returned within 90 days and all instructions listed above must be followed. Otherwise, the items

will be discarded and no refund will be issued.
