Scholarship Recommendation Form- Tesoro Youth Leadership Awards
Tesoro Corporation is awarding $2,500 college scholarships to graduating high school seniors in recognition of their
demonstrated leadership in their schools and communities, academic achievement, and financial need. Please fill out
the recommendation form to the best of your knowledge with respect to these elements. If you have any questions
or comments, you may contact Dr. Susan Thurman at . Students must be
graduating high school in 2014, have a minimum GPA of 3.0, and demonstrate financial need. The information you
provide will remain confidential. The form must be received by February 28, 2014.
