FINAL DECREE OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This matter was brought before the court by ______________________________ (husband's
name) and ______________________________ (wife's name), "the parties". The parties have asked
the court to end their marriage and enter a Final Decree of Dissolution of Marriage. In addition, the
parties have filed a Verified Marital Settlement Agreement ("agreement") that settles the claims
related to their marital relationship. This court has considered the parties' agreement, and finds the
parties' agreement and requests to be reasonable.
