recommendation to do a home inspection, they are buying this property without a home

inspection and/or sight unseen.

By signing below, buyer(s) hereby expressly release, hold harmless, and indemnify West

USA Realty Revelation, its Broker, Agents, and Employees from any and all liability and

responsibility regarding the condition, square footage, lot lines or boundaries, value, rent

rolls, environmental problems, sanitation systems, roof, wood-destroying and/or insect

infestation inspections or reports, home inspection report, compliance with the building

codes or other governmental regulations, or any other material matters relating to the

premises noted above in this transaction.

RECEIPT OF COPY: Client(s) have read this home inspection waiver and by their

signatures hereon acknowledge receipt of a copy thereof.

PROFESSIONAL ADVICE: Client(s) execute this Waiver with the understanding that
