AGENT OUTGOING REFERRAL FEE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is entered into by and between ______________________________________

(“Receiving Broker”) and RE/MAX Equity Group (“Referring Broker”) and is made as of the ___ day of

1. Client Name. Referring Broker has a client or potential client who desires to buy and/or sell real property (the

2. Referral. Referring Broker wishes to recommend Receiving Broker to Client and Receiving Broker wishes to

represent Client for the purposes stated herein. Receiving Broker’s obligations hereunder pertain to all real estate

transactions in which Receiving Broker represents Client during the term of this Agreement.

3. No Agency Representation. ALL PARTIES UNDERSTAND THAT REFERRING BROKER IS NOT

REPRESENTING ANY PARTY IN ANY AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE ANY PROPERTY.

4. Referral Fee. Receiving Broker will pay Referring Broker a referral fee (the “Referral Fee”) as follows (check

_________% of any selling-side commission received by Receiving Broker in connection with Receiving

Broker’s representation of Client as buyer.

_________% of any listing-side commission received by Receiving Broker in connection with Receiving

Broker’s representation of Client as seller.

Receiving Broker will take whatever steps, including but not limited to executing any documents, that may be

6. Commission Disputes. If any dispute arises regarding the terms of this Agreement, the parties agree that the
