Licensed Contractors
All work and repairs by Development Team shall be performed by an Arizona
licensed contractor.
7.3
Permits
Development Team shall obtain, at their sole cost and expense, all federal, state
and city approvals and permits to conduct repairs and replacement of defective
items.
