The company hereby authorizes the Raymond A. Mason School of Business to use without remuneration, the
company’s corporate logos, trade names, and trade/service marks in communications regarding relationships
with the School. In addition, the company’s approval allows the School to include corporate logos, trade
names and trade/service marks in communication materials (web pages, video, audio, electronic mail, print
promotion, and advertising) for purposes of recruiting and public relations.
In order to ensure the accuracy of the information, the company agrees to provide the School with the
company’s current corporate logos, trade names, and trade/service marks and with any subsequent changes.
By signing, the company indicates that the use is granted and held harmless from any third party rights
and/or claims, without waiver of any legal privileges.
Other than the rights granted here, the School acknowledges that it has no other rights in the company’s
corporate logos, trade names, and trade/service marks.
