QUITCLAIM DEED
THIS QUITCLAIM DEED, made this ___ day of __________ , 20
, by MANATEE COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State
of Florida, whose mailing address is Post Office Box 1000,
Bradenton, Florida 34206, hereinafter “Grantor,” to the STATE OF
FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, whose post office address
is Post Office Box 1249, Bartow, Florida 338311249,
hereinafter “Grantee.” (Wherever used herein the terms
"Grantor" and "Grantee" include all the parties to this
instrument and the heirs, legal representatives and assigns of
individuals, and the successors and assigns of organizations.)
WITNESSETH:
THAT said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
$1.00
and
other
valuable
considerations,
receipt
and
sufficiency being hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise,
release and quitclaim unto said Grantee forever, all right,
title, interest, claim and demand, which said Grantor has in
Parcel 105.4, situate in the Manatee County, Florida, more
particularly described in Exhibit “A,” attached hereto and
incorporated herein, arising out of that certain Pedestrian
Sidewalk Easement, recorded in Official Records Book 1098, Page
1213, of the Public Records Manatee County, Florida, together
with all other right, title, interest, claim and demand, if
any, which said Grantor has in and to said parcel.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with the
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining,
and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and
claim whatsoever of said Grantor, either in law or equity, to
said Grantee forever.
