1. Exterior grease traps must be cleaned on a regular basis as deemed necessary by the Pretreatment Coordinator to

reduce oil and grease.

2. Interior grease traps must be cleaned on a regular schedule. Maintenance frequency is dependent upon kitchen usage

and shall be set by the Pretreatment Coordinator.

3. Cleaning logs must be posted for inspection purposes and shall be kept up to date.

4. The West Warwick Sewer Commission may request a copy of this form at any time.
