It is important to check the temperature of refrigerators and freezers to make sure foods are stored
safely. Check and record temperatures all units each time you serve. If the unit is not maintaining
safe temperatures, stop using it until a repair person can fix the problem. Storing food at unsafe
temperatures allows bacteria to grow and could make people sick.
