3) either a Bill of Sale or Lease Agreement or Confirmation of Lease Agreement
Used Vehicle - The following documents must be provided:
1) Proof of Insurance ; and 2) Bill of Sale or Lease Agreement; or
3) Other ownership document (probated will, letter from lawyer).
Transfer the licence plate(s).
Issue new licence plate(s).
Renew registration(s).
Cancel/Modify Registration.
