me about at least three.

9. If you worked during high school, what job experience has contributed to your future goals and how?
10. List any extracurricular activities/involvement and how many years of doing them.
11. Describe any other activities in which you are involved (church, scouts, tutoring, community/school clubs or
agencies, etc.)
12. How did your community service (services beyond self) contribute to your future goals?
13. What world events, books, classes, or philosophies made an impact on you or changed your way of thinking?
14. Describe significant travel experiences and how they affected you (what you learned.)
15. Describe any special talents you possess (music, art, sports, leadership, etc.) Include training and years of
involvement.
16. Describe special circumstances, difficulties, or obstacles that you have had to deal with during your high school
career, if any, and how you dealt with them and what you learned.
17. What are the top priorities in your life? Do you have a particular “philosophy of life”?
18. Please ask your parent to write one paragraph about you. They can brag about you better than you can.
19. Ask a best friend to write a few sentences that best describe you.
