Keep Track of your Progress: Over the next 12 weeks keep track of your daily steps, at the end
of the campaign return your complete walking log to the Employee Health Office. In addition
turn in weekly step totals so we are able to track ongoing progress throughout the Steps
Campaign.

Remember: The goal is to increase your physical activity so don’t compare your daily activity to
others. Your goal is to take more steps per day at end than when you started at the beginning.
Many need to start slow and increase daily steps as you get into better shape. Please check
with your Physician prior to joining in this program to ensure you are able to participate.
