Any other details you need you’ll have to find in the MLA handbook (available in the Writing Center) or in The Everyday

Writer handbook. You must cite ALL INFORMATION AND VISUALS you take from other texts—ideas, sentences,

short phrases, statistics included. Also, note that if you find yourself citing every sentence in a paragraph, you will need

to prioritize and trim down materials from other sources. What is most important to your argument? Which pieces of

evidence will best convince your audience?
