Supporting Documents

1. Copy of passport (blank pages are not required)



2. Copy of a comprehensive health insurance



3. Proof of financial means (bank statements)



4. Covering letter explaining in detail the reasons for request to reside in Malta

4.1

In the case of High Net Worth Individuals / Global Residence Scheme (if applicable)



In addition to 1 above certificate issued by the Inland revenue department (International Taxation Unit)

4.2

In the case of applicants / prospective applicants and dependants —Individual Investor Programme:



Copy of passport



Letter of introduction signed by concessionaire / accredited agent including due diligence report



Receipt of payment of EUR 10,000 regarding application for Citizenship if this has been submitted or

receipt of EUR 5,000 which has been paid to Identity Malta, if still a prospective applicant



In the case of dependants,



Documents showing relationship



Receipt of non-refundable payment to Identity Malta of EUR 1,000 in respect of every dependant



Receipt of submission of application for a residence permit by main applicant



Also in the case of prospective applicants and their dependants evidence of comprehensive global health

insurance policy with a minimum of EUR 50,000 medical expense coverage per person.

NOTE:

Original documents will be returned to the applicant; Copies will be retained by the Department.

The Department reserves the right to request any other additional document to process the application
