The following registration document acts as a self-declaration form to help us process your interest in Get into Golf more efficiently.
Primary criteria must be met and Secondary criteria are desirable.

Primary criteria (essential requirements):

The Committee must be in agreement with delivering the programme
·
The Committee have approved a suitable introductory membership scheme/structure that allows access to the clubhouse and
course/facilities for participants to practice/play
·
The Committee is supportive of the plans to promote the programme
·
The Club must be affiliated to Scottish Golf and be up-to-date with payment of affiliation fees
·
The Club must be live on the Central Database of Handicaps (CDH) (Exception: where a club is applying for IT equipment to
enable achievement of this criterion)
·
The Club must have provided up-to-date information to Scottish Golf on the number of junior members at the club
·
Your Club will allow participants in your Get into Golf programme access to your facilities (on course and in the clubhouse)

Your Club will offer an introductory membership category to participants involved in your Get into Golf programme
