This is to inform you that today I have decided to expel your child, whose name appears above,
from this school. This decision has been taken, consistent with the procedures of the
Department of Education and Communities for suspension and expulsion from a particular
school and this school’s discipline code. Your child will be expelled from this school only. Should
you wish to enrol your child in another school, it is the responsibility of you and your child to
arrange that enrolment.
The decision to expel your child from this school has been made after consideration of the
documentation provided to you, your response to me and the information I provided to you in my
letter dated
