Each unit in the SA Division is audited once a year on its own Key Business Process (KBP) as well as on one QMS Process. The audit will be carried out on selected procedures

and relevant Working Guidelines (if applicable) within the unit's KBP. The procedures selected for audit from the KBP, as well as the QMS Process selected, will change each year.
