DOCKET CONTROL ORDER
1.
On or before 30 days from the date of this order: NEW PARTIES shall be joined and served. The
party causing such joiner will provide copies of this order to the new parties.
2.
On or before 60 days before trial:
EXPERTS for all plaintiffs shall be designated. Experts for all
other parties shall be designated 15 days after plaintiffs designation deadline. No additional experts
will be permitted to testify except for good cause shown.
3.
On or before 30 days before trial: DISCOVERY shall be completed.
Counsel may by agreement
continue discovery beyond this deadline; such continued discovery, however, will not delay the trial
date.
4.
On or before 30 days from the date of this order: ALTERNATIVE
DISPUTE
RESOLUTION.
The parties must either (1) file an agreement for ADR stating the form of ADR requested and the name
of an agreed mediator, if applicable; or (2) set an objection to ADR. If no agreement or objection is
filed the court may sign an ADR order.
5.
On or before 60 days from the date of this order: ALTERNATIVE
DISPUTE
RESOLUTION
conducted pursuant to the agreement of the parties must be completed.
6.
On or before 30 days before trial: AMENDMENTS to pleadings shall be filed.
7.
PRE-TRIAL CONFERENCE will be held. Trial counsel are ordered to attend
and be prepared to discuss all aspects of the suit and trial, mark trial exhibits, and
if a jury is timely and properly requested, file requested jury questions and
