Volunteer Faculty - Payments of ANY nature require submission of all payroll forms and documentation, including: FNIF, DD, RCF, SSN, Passport, and I-94. An electronic I-9 must also be completed.

The I-797B is acceptable only when accompanied by the I-94 issued at a U.S. Port of Entry. The I-797C may be used for I-9 extensions when continuing employment with the same employer, or in porting situations when accompanied by a copy of the I797A from the previous employer. The I-

797C must be accompanied by both the following: 1) the USCIS receipt showing the date of application, and 2) a 240-day memo from OIS.
