The main body of the letter goes in the center of your page

leaving room for evenly spaced margins. Try not to start with,

“Hi, how are you?” Notice how the first paragraph is indented?

Your writing will continue sometimes for pages and pages,

depending on who you are writing to. However, most letters are

often shorter than one page. Let’s say that your letter is a short

one and you are now ready to close. You’ll need to skip three lines

and write the closing closer to the right side of your page. Look up

at the heading, or date. Your closing should line up with the name

of the month.
